Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of GameThreads (the "App"), which is owned and operated by STATINDEX LLC ("STATINDEX LLC," "we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must comply with all applicable laws when using the App. If you are under the age required by applicable law to enter into a binding agreement, you should review these Terms with a parent or legal guardian.
2. License to Use the App
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App except as permitted by law.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where applicable law allows.
- Use the App for unlawful purposes.
- Interfere with the operation or security of the App.
3. Online Gameplay
The App includes online multiplayer features that depend on internet connectivity and third-party services.
We do not guarantee:
- That opponents will always be available.
- Successful matchmaking within any specific timeframe.
- Continuous availability of online services.
- That multiplayer matches will be free from interruptions caused by network issues, maintenance, or circumstances beyond our control.
We may temporarily suspend online features to perform maintenance, improve security, or introduce updates.
4. Fair Play
To maintain a fair experience for all players, we may investigate suspected violations of these Terms.
If we reasonably determine that a player has cheated, exploited bugs, manipulated the game's economy, used unauthorized software, abused matchmaking, or otherwise violated these Terms, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Remove improperly obtained rewards, coins, tickets, cosmetics, or other Virtual Items.
- Reset game progress, rankings, or statistics.
- Restrict access to certain features.
- Temporarily suspend the account.
- Permanently terminate access to the App.
These actions may be taken without prior notice where appropriate to protect the integrity of the App.
5. Virtual Currency and Digital Items
The App may include virtual currency, cosmetic items, and other digital content.
These items:
- Have no cash value.
- Cannot be exchanged for real money.
- Are licensed, not sold.
- May not be transferred outside the App unless expressly permitted.
We may modify, rebalance, or discontinue virtual items or currencies at any time.
6. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Optional purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store.
Prices, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by Apple's policies. Subscription management is available through your Apple Account settings.
7. User Content
If the App allows you to submit usernames, profile information, feedback, or other content, you are responsible for ensuring that your content:
- Does not violate any laws.
- Does not infringe the rights of others.
- Is not offensive, abusive, or harmful.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
8. Rewards, Promotions, and Events
The App may offer daily rewards, promotional rewards, limited-time events, seasonal content, contests, or other incentives.
Unless prohibited by law, we reserve the right to:
- Modify reward amounts.
- Change eligibility requirements.
- End promotions or events at any time.
- Correct errors involving rewards or promotions.
- Remove or adjust rewards obtained through exploits, fraud, or technical errors.
Participation in promotions does not create any ownership rights in promotional rewards.
9. Experimental and Beta Features
From time to time, we may introduce experimental, preview, or beta features.
These features may:
- Be incomplete.
- Change significantly over time.
- Contain bugs or errors.
- Be modified or removed without notice.
We make no guarantees regarding the availability or continued support of experimental features.
10. Service Interruptions
The App may occasionally become unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, security incidents, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We are not responsible for losses resulting from temporary interruptions, delayed matchmaking, connectivity issues, or scheduled maintenance.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct, compromised the security or stability of the App, or otherwise interfered with the experience of other users.
Where appropriate, we may also remove Virtual Items, reset progress, or disable access to online features.
12. Updates
The App may automatically or manually receive updates that add, remove, or modify features, game mechanics, balancing, cosmetics, rewards, matchmaking systems, or other content.
Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated functionality.
13. Victory GIFs and Celebrations
The App may allow eligible users to send celebratory animations, GIFs, or similar visual effects to other players following the completion of a match. Certain celebration features may be available only to users with an active Plus subscription.
Victory GIFs are intended solely for entertainment. Delivery, display, or playback is not guaranteed and may be affected by network conditions, device compatibility, software limitations, or service availability.
We reserve the right to modify, add, remove, or discontinue any celebration content at any time.
14. Profile Pictures and Animated Avatars
Certain personalization features, including profile pictures and other profile customization options, may be available only to users with an active Plus subscription.
Availability of these features may vary depending on network conditions, device capabilities, or technical limitations. Because multiplayer games rely on internet connectivity and third-party services, profile images may not always load or display correctly to other players.
Failure of a profile image to display does not affect gameplay and does not constitute a defect in the App or a failure to provide the Plus subscription service.
We reserve the right to establish technical requirements or limitations for profile images, including file size, dimensions, supported formats, animation length, and content restrictions. We may remove or reject images or animations that violate these Terms.
15. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, graphics, logos, designs, text, sounds, and other content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the App in a way that harms the App or other users.
17. Disclaimer
The App is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
19. Changes to the App
We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time without prior notice.
20. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
21. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
